We recommend (just like midwives and paediatricians) that you change baby at every feed and whenever your little one has a dirty nappy to stop their skin getting irritated. For a newborn, for example, that means 210 nappies a month – exactly the number that’s in our size 1 subscription ;)

If your baby is between two sizes or is growing faster than expected, we recommend you choose the larger size or mix and match sizes!
